Echo Bay frogs... I remember when I was really young, staying in a cabin on "Echo Bay." I used to look forward to getting up early in the morning and running down a grassy slope to the lake. There was always one point that I got to - close to the edge of the lake, where hundreds of beautiful green frogs would be sunning themselves. When I startled them, they all would hop back into the lake - plopping down into the water, popping their heads out of the water, peeking a look back. Chicago | |
