Seam separation filled. Our concern here was that if we
actually tried to take the side of the horse off, it may actually
crack. It is very thin.

Under the saddle, almost the entire top, was full of (old)
fill and broken pieces. These we chose to fill to even out as
well. This would have been needed to be replaced in it's entirety
as well if we wanted to eliminate the need for fill.

Old putty fill where the head was originally nailed together
got replaced also. |
